The California Republican Party has voted to support the petition to suspend AB 32, "The Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006".

The ballot measure would suspend AB32's implementation until the California economy gets back on it's feet. A large number of signatures are needed by the middle of April to  get the initiative on the November ballot. You can read background information HERE and read the initiative HERE.
